I wanted this one to feel less like a place and more like a moment, that particular stillness at golden hour where time softens and the world grows beautifully quiet. It's painted in that in-between light, where the sky blushes warm above the soft marsh grasses. Like so many of my landscapes, I've included a bit of glassy water, which serves as a focal point that allows the eye to settle and encourage a meditative calm.
